American Prosperity Alliance Announces “Fund Our Border” Issue Advocacy Campaign, Urges Members of Congress to “Stop Voting Against Border Security”

American Prosperity Alliance (APA) supports policies that advance American security at home and abroad, including policies that enhance the critical security of America’s southern border. Congress has a responsibility and a duty to pass legislation that will secure the border.

Unfortunately, significant policy reforms as well as increases in funding for border security-related activities has been hampered by congressional gridlock and infighting due to the close vote margins in both chambers and divided government. 

As the appropriations process begins, APA will be conducting an issue advocacy initiative urging members of the U.S. House of Representatives who have voted against funding for enhanced border security in the past to support new and increased funding throughout the FY2025 appropriations process.
